Too High,
Deuce and Driver. Fisher said today Brown is the starter. Driver is too good and thrown to too much to not start. Charlie and Solo, Of course you start them both. But Solo, you need to try and break up having all 3. I don't mind having a RB and WR but having all 3 will kill you some weeks unless they play like the old Rams. MCS, Barlow sucks. Assani, Galloway, Coles and Muhammed unless DJax is a definite start. I'd replace Moose with him. Kyro, Caddy. |

[ QUOTE ]
Too High, Deuce and Driver. Fisher said today Brown is the starter. Driver is too good and thrown to too much to not start. [/ QUOTE ] Do you have a source regarding Chris Brown being named the starter? Here's the latest news I got on the Tennessee RB situation as of 8/29: [ QUOTE ] News: According to a source close to the Titans, CBS SportsLine.com has learned that Travis Henry is expected to be the Tennessee's starting running back when they play vs. the Jets in Week 1 of the regular season. "Chris Brown is listed as the No. 1 running back in name only," the source said, citing Henry's dedication to the offseason workouts and overall ability as the main reasons why he'll start over Brown and rookie LenDale White. Henry started the Titans' third preseason game, a home loss to the Falcons. On the preseason, Henry has rushed for 53 yards on 21 carries (a 2.5 yards per carry average) with a touchdown along with three catches for 20 yards; Brown has 69 rush yards on 16 carries (4.3 average) with three passes caught for 24 yards. Analysis: Brown has done nothing to endear himself to the Titans' coaching staff this preseason, requesting a trade at the onset of training camp, so we feel like that plays a role in this move, too. The problem facing him is that Brown will still warrant carries, and rookie LenDale White will also be in the RB mix, potentially at the goal line. Henry should now be looked at as a nice No. 3 Fantasy RB worth a choice between Rounds 6 and 8. He was once considered a top-10 Fantasy stat machine, so he's familiar with what it takes to be a stud. [/ QUOTE ] I agree about starting Driver, just a bit worried about his match-up. |

QB-Only have 1 So EZ Pick-Peyton
RB1-Cadillac (not against great team but I will start) vs BAL RB2-a. Gore vs Arizona b. Jones (Chi) vs GB c. Bell (T. Den) vs STL d. Lundy (Hou) vs Phi I have D. Davis (Hou) but he's hurt WR1-Roy W (Det) vs Sea WR2-Walker (Den) vs STL WR3-a. Bennett (Ten) vs NYJ b. Stallworth (Phi) vs Hou c. Burleson (Sea) vs Det TE-Gates K-Feely DEF-Chicago Personally I think I'm going with Gore at RB2 or Thomas Jones against GB. With WR I'm leaning towards Stallworth, since Houston is pretty horrible against the Pass. |

[/ QUOTE ]btw, would love to hear your reasoning for why you picked the 3 you did also. Right now I'm totally unsure. DJack(if healthy of course) seems to be my only must start WR every week. |

I guess it would help if I gave my thoughts...
Joey Galloway vs Baltimore Don't like this matcup for him, as he'll probably draw McAllister and double teams. But he was a monster last year. Laveranues Coles at Tenn Great matchup for him. Could be a big surprise WR this year, as his team could rely heavily on him. Darrell Jackson at Det IF healthy, no brainer. Michael Clayton vs Baltimore Very unlikely to start for me in week 1. Keyshawn Johnson vs Atl Smith should draw Deangelo Hall, which means that they might have to rely on KJ more. Plus he is a much better FF WR in ppr leagues. Mushin Muhammad at GB great matchup. Hope that GB can score some on Chi's D so that they don't just run the clock out the whole game. So DJack is in. Then I think I'm going to sit the 2 TB WRs(especially since I'm a Ravens fan). But picking 2 out of the other 3 is tough for me. Any thoughts are appriciated. |

Assani,
My reasoning: Coles has a great match-up and is the clear #1 WR, easy pick. Galloway is also #1 and is good enough to get his against a good defense. Moose was chosen only because he is the only WR on the team and should get some red zone opportunities. If you don't want to start a TB WR, I'd rank them DJax, Coles, Moose, Keyshawn. I don't like Johnson until Delhomme shows he can get more than 1 WR involved in the offense. capone, Gore and Jones are both very good starts, but I'd go with Gore. At WR I'd go Burelson with or without DJax. I don't like the idea of Collins starting after just two weeks in camp, so that hurts Bennett. Same thing with Stallworth. |

Here's an easy one:
At RB I have LT2, KJones, TJones, Maroney, and Mike Bell. Obviously LT2 is starting. Schedules: KJones (vs SEA) TJones (@GB) Bell (@STL) Maroney (vs BUF) |

David Akers or Josh Brown for my team? I realize this is an incredibly uncritical decision, but Akers seems too solid to not be on a team.
