Most poor opponents will totally ignore previous streets and what took place on them. It's like you raise preflop, ok. Now villain has a pair. BET! Yay! I have a pair! Oh, he raised? Ok, I call. Turn is nothing, I have a pair, I'll just call. River trips! Yay! Bet! He raised? Oh man, I guess I call, he could have an 8 with a better kicker!
I would suspect an 8 here like 90% of the time. Just call.
