Try logging out, then logging back in and see if that helps.

... not me. I get no viewer - just a white space with the date and the game.

The archives seem to be down, but before this I had your problem with no viewer showing in Firefox. I tried it through IE and it worked.

Yeah. It looks like the site has become IExplorer-specific.

I think I found something to try on the archives.

In the mms link to the file, if you replace the securewm.vitalstreamcdn.com with 69.88.131.17 it might work.

For those that don't know how, if you right-click on the player and choose properties you'll and copy the location. It will look like mms://securewm.vitalstreamcdn.com/se...
Paste that in your browser like a webpage and do what I did above to make it like mms://69.88.131.17/se...

Maybe someone more technical than I can explain this. I tried pinging securewm.vitalstreamcdn.com and the first time it resolved to 69.88.131.17 and all 4 packets got through. I tried it again and it resolved to 69.88.152.12. With that IP all 4 packets timed out. Why would it resolve to a different IP within 30 seconds? That seems to be the root of the problem.

Not working for me either. Are the archives back and working?

Anyways, live shows do return tomorrow and they better be some good ones to make up for the past 10 days or so.

Just saw an article on Digg that Firefox 1.5.0.5 (the last release) had a problem with the Windows Media Player plugin. Version 1.5.0.6 has just been released which fixes the problem with the viewer. It doesn't help fix the problem that the archives are down though

I'm really bugged by their failure to respond on any level - in these forums, to emails, or to their "If you are having problems during the broadcast, click here" option - I've tried all, but nary a response from them....

Kevmath, thanks for your reply in another thread - you are their best advocate!!

Lousy way to go to a pay-to-view operation!!!!
