Until Reese proves he's a top no limit holdem tournament player (and by top, I mean at Ivey's level of proof), it's rather presumptuous to put him up there ahead of T.J. cloutier.
Still, I'd have to give it to Ivey.

Ivey and Cloutier. Cloutier's book is disinformation, but he has consistant strong tournament results.
Reese has not played many tournaments and is probably not a top NLHE tournament player. There may be some others from the early days of tournament play who qualify. There will be plenty more in the future, as the WSOP is not as likely to be won by top players with the huge fields.

Yeah, Cloutier would definitely be one of my picks, Sklansky's the other. Of course, us lowly internet monkeys probably don't even KNOW all people who need to be considered...
