I love preflop. I usually give this up on the turn with MP2 there. If not on the turn, then definitely on the river... with MP2 calling in front of you, you have to be able to beat Villain AND MP2 with overs to the board, which is HIGHLY unlikely.

For me I would do as you did but after the MP2 cold call on the flop I would fold. If Villian hasn't got you beat you can bet that MP2 does. 6 outs is likely easily too many here as you could be reverse dominated at the very least.
