you're doing any raising, I would check raise the flop. Makes your hand seem believable when its against bigger field.

Check/raising the flop is totally crazy, you'll win this pot UI about never and we'd like to draw as cheap as
possible.

Its not even about improving or drawing. OP feels that aggressor has jack crap and feels that he can take the hand away with a raise. And in result of that, I'm letting OP know that C/R on flop has more potential.

The LAG folds after MP2 bets the flop and check/raising 3 players as a bluff with a very marginal hand that barely can call the flop is insane. Check/raising one player as a bluff on the turn (a player that seems tight) definately has more potential, still given the vague read check/raising the turn is bad too imo.

both lines are very out there. I would fold flop. but given the thread, you're standing that turn is better for raise?

I wouldn't be there in this situation.

But, if I were there, I would definitely fold. And calling the turn is a much better play than raising for many reasons.

Raising the flop makes more sense than raising the flop, raising the turn could be good with a certain read (that we don't seem to have) but raising the flop isn't ever good since there's already 3 other players in the pot.

That guy is pretty tight, I may be inclined to fold here.
