My response to 32 Vegas on not accepting my withdrawal:
Dear 32 Vegas Management, I received the below email me telling me that my casino wa wagering was not eligible for the bonus clearing so my withdrawal was declined. I am incredibly upset by this fact due to the fact that I checked the website before I deposited and saw that it was allowed, AND I also took screenshots of the conversations with one of your chat operators. I also called your toll free number twice to confirm that casino war was acceptable. I wagered my 10,080 and submitted the cashout request. Now I get an email telling me I have the full 10,080 left to wager. I am a high volume player and I would hate to see you lose me as a customer for future deposits, because I will generate far more than this amount in profit for you. I could always send an email to casinomeister and he could consider placing you on the rogue list of casinos that are not trustworthy with customers. I do not want confrontation but I will not stand by idly without making everyone aware of that fact. Other players are having trouble with you on this matter as well and they are letting the internet hear about it. it would be in your best interest because I am a professional gambler and I will not accept this. I have attached screenshots to this email showing that you told me casino war was acceptable. I would not have deposited had I known that casino war was not acceptable. I believe the person I spoke to was named Jack, although I could be wrong. I also talked to him via 32 vegas online chat. Please respond as soon as you can because I am very upset about this. Your support staff were short and rude with me, even though I was just stating my case. I hope that we can resolve this matter without outside authorities. Trust me, the bad publicity and other attention that you will receive is not worth the $500 or so that you are keeping from me. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, |

of course i'm serious. as far as i know casinos are under tight scrutiny to keep things fair, since there's so much room for them to screw over customers.
this isn't a change of T&C's, i asked the question in live chat about an hour before I cleared the bonus. the live chat rep lied to me, very specifically, and I want some sort of authority to look into it. not to protect other people, but because i'm bloody pissed off. |

so how long after requesting a withdrawl do you get the "sorry" e-mail. I submitted a cashout request this morning and I'm waiting on the e-mail that says I'm screwed.

Changing the terms and conditions after they have your deposit is a form of cheating.
Unfortunately, there are no "authorities" to turn to, and internet casinos are not under any particular scrutiny. It really is the "wild west" when it comes to gambling on the internet. Hold onto your screenshots and emails, and warn as many other players as possible. Bad publicity is the only thing an internet casino is really afraid of, because it might cost them future players. You might try winneronline, in addition to casinomeister. My best guess is casinos don't care much what people here think of them. |

Even if the T&C excluded casino war before I deposited, the fact that the support staff told us that it was an acceptable means of clearing the bonus means that it is cheating.

I tried to withdraw and few hours later recieved same message you guys got. I did not know what to do then, so i just tried to grind out another $10080 playing 3 card poker.. BUSTO.. sucks that i was +$220 but ended up -$200. |

They seem to have a new bonus 800 for a $500 deposit (don't even mention 1k for a 3k deposit). I want to jump on this but I don't know if I can trust these guys, has anyone even cashed out?

[/ QUOTE ] No one recently who has played war that I know of. I wouldn't deposit until they clear it up, but, hey, it's your money. |
