I love these high school movies, and give them great lattitude no matter how mediocre -- but I felt pain watching this one and could not finish it. There's a good chance that people unaware of the Shrew connection suck -- I'm not saying they do, but...

Watched it last night for the first time ever. Didn't know what movie I was watching, so unbiasedly I can say this movie is awesome.

I think it's pretty much the best of the bunch (of its time). What else is there? Cluless? OK, Clueless is better. Empire Records, Can't Hardly Wait, what am I missing?
