Pokerstars cashes out the change to neteller. The first class operation always gets its right.

You sure about that? Maybe its different for accounts that are/are not in the red? Back when I played at pokerstars, they always let you "cash out the change" but then like 30 seconds later, the change was returned to your account.

I was actually talking to a buddy about this the other day. Not the "scam" but if i could get all the change off sites i whored and never went back to I could have a free night out or something.

If you're worried about the change, just be sure not to leave any. Play a NL ring game and go all-in with your last 34 cents.

Really???

Even if you left .99 on each site there must be WAY more sites then I have come across to have enough for a night out.

Stars wouldn't let me cash out my change, so I built up my .8x to like 50+$ in their PLO micro games. Teach them who's boss.
