Default Question on capping preflop

I maybe wrong and this is one thing I was questioning. This table had a couple pretty loose players not only the BB. My thinking process in this situation is that at least one of them has a pair. I had seen people call raises with pairs as low as 77 probably because of players like the BB. Do I still raise preflop when I am most likely not to get that third person out and definitely not getting the maniac out for one more bet with AKo? I probably would have made that jump with AKs.

Secondly if I am heads up preflop with this maniac is it automatically a cap against the maniac who can litterally play almost any two cards if there is two or three small bets in the pot from folders. I do mean litterally almost anytwo cards he call three bets on the same table in late position and cracked my aces with 47o in an earlier hand. But am I getting the odds in that situation to cap woth AKo?

Thanks for all the feedback. I will not post the results in anything but white in the future. That may have been a tilt reaction.

I'm probably calling the turn with pre-flop 3-bettor still to act behind us. Sort of like an "overcalls" situation on the turn.

Also, as in the other hand, as others have suggested, please don't post the results. If you post the results, post them in white font.
