1 Gavin Smith $ 907,500
2 George Abdallah $ 238,500
3 Peter Feldman $ 210,500
4 Matt Russell $ 141,500
5 Dana Diephouse $ 93,500
6 Kenny Brown $ 39,000
7 Allie Prescott $ 35,000

I gotta say, that's damn impressive, having about 55% of the chips in play 7 handed.

[ QUOTE ]
Peter Feldman doubles through Gavin Smith
Peter Feldman raised to 18k from under the gun and Gavin Smith pushed in from the button. Feldman called all in for 323k and the players turned up:

Peter Feldman [K][K]
Gavin Smith [A][J]

The flop and turn came [6][4][3][8] and Smith would need one of 3 [A]'s left in the deck to win the hand. The river came [8] and Feldman took the pot to double up.

[/ QUOTE ]

And he just knocked a guy out, he's closing in on Gavin Smith's chiplead.

18k to 323k, solid raise. How is the payout differences at this stage? Was Gavin abusing some kind of mini bubble?

Im not sure why Gavin Smith is not flatcalling there or making it 50-60k and folding to a push.

Mel, look at the stack sizes of the 4 players. There's a reason for the really big raise.

The others were so short that Nordberg probably can't call with less than KK. I guess it would depend on how lucky he was feeling.

I wouldn't call it a bad play from Gavin though.
