yea i just cant imagine that this hella expensive 42 inch plasma cant get a very very large resolution. i must be doing something wrong

yea those are the pics i was trying to find.. how the heck you do that?

i got a 42" HP squeeeeeeezing in 5 tables.

Is it an LCD tv? LCD tvs have significantly lower resolutions than computer screens and thus less tables open.

Television's just don't support very high resolutions. It is possible that you may be able to up the resolution by getting a new video card, but it likely won't be a greater resolution than available on a quality computer monitor.

Check your user manual for the max resolution of your TV, and then check your computer's settings to see what the current resolution is set to. If you dont have the user manual or it doesn't list the max resolution, try emailing or calling the company that made it they should accomodate the question.
