When he re-poped me on the flop I should have just folded

No way. You have sick implied odds on him.

I'm certainly no expert here, but I would think a line such as check call is perfect on this flop and state of mind of villain. Your implied odds are more than perfect for this line, and you will get paid.

At this point the his hand range is fairly wide do to tilt. Likely holdings are AJ, KJ, QJ, TT-QQ.

[/ QUOTE ] I'm just wondering why you put him on only made hands. If he's tilting I would normally assume he can have air here fairly often, especially given your preflop line, and so postflop I like the 3bet push. But not against the range you give.

PF I put him on any two, AA-air. To call RR then RR flop suggested he hit the flop and those were the most likely hands I think he could play that way.

Very donktastic indeed, but hey it works for me most of the time.

I don't hate it too much, in general, but with the current flow of the game, i think you get looked up too much.

Woulda been sick if you had a big hand.

[/ QUOTE ]

The final stacking played out very similar and I had KK, hit top set verus his nut FD+pair. Only difference was I raised to $8, he RR to $32 and I smooth called, lead PSB and RR AI on the flop.

Unless he has he hits a broadway or boats up, then the implied odds get reversed pretty quickly.

Just imagine he has AK, I lead flop and call RR, Q hits the turn and it all gets in with me drawing dead.

But yes, I am being to harsh on myself for the donktasic'ness and a call is well in line, 'no folding OESD's against a tilting agrro you donkey!'
