On the flop you are ahead of most of villain's probable holdings. The fact that villain only called your turn bet should suggest to you that he's not so confident in his hand anymore. If he's ahead but scared of the flush card, then he's just saving you money.

Be more worried about playing marginal hands OOP, not very strong ones.
