I agree, beavens. This is why I posted the hand. Immediately after Villain folded I concluded that I could've doubled up if I call & push river. Villain's fold indicated to me she had some PP up to JJ, or 2 whiffed big cards (e.g. AJ).

Just wanted to make sure I'm thinking correctly. My past week on FTP has been very profitable for me (last night = +140BB, w00t! ), but I felt like I missed some easy $$$ here.

raising the turn is really bad. If you are ahead here you are way way ahead, and if you are behind you are only a little bit behind because you likely have a bunch of flush outs that are good as well as potentially the ace or queen outs. I would just keep calling and let him hang himself. i really don't think anything calls that push that you beat.

I like the pf call, the flop call, and a turn call. Turn push only gets called by better hands.

Question to vulturesrow/beavens/anyone-- what is your plan if the river is a blank and villain checks?

[/ QUOTE ]

As always, depends on what I think he would call with. At least 1/2 pot though, though it seems a bit silly to leave that little bit behind. I probably just push the river.
