The sickest part of this homestand is the Mets could very easily be 5-0 and going for a another sweep today and would have distanced themselves in the East. Instead it looks like this time next week the Mets will be sitting in 3rd.

"Lower Back Discomfort". I hope that is code for Willie benching him due to his horrendous defense. Lo Duca might not have made that tag either, but he would have blocked both of those "wild pitches".

I seriously doubt Castro was taken out for horrible defense this early in the game with only 2 catchers on the roster. It's probably code for just 'not feeling well today' Had he had said something before the game started it would be 'flu like symptoms' but that doesn't fly mid game so now its lower back discomfort.
