There needs to be a way to freeze his brokerage account, liquidate it, and distribute those funds to the players that were cheated.

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't see that happening, but I guess consult a lawyer if you're curious.

I think its very likely that he not only put six horses in his races, but that his six horses helped each other win the race when they were at the same table.

I believe all of this. I believe his two (2) big scores were ill gotten. I believe further punishement should be meted out to ZJ. He mentioned that he invested some of his winnings. There needs to be a way to freeze his brokerage account, liquidate it, and distribute those funds to the players that were cheated. The only thing he should be left with is a pair of boxers and a toothbrush.

Am I the only won who thinks the MOST remarkable aspect of this is not that he won these tournaments (the big scores on PP and PS) while he was engaged in illicit activities....but that he was able to write about these victories as great accomplishments, with a straight face, on his blog?

As much as I appreciate PokerStar's actions I'm extremely concerned that they so far have been re-active - not pro-active.

If a review of ZeeJustin's activities can reveal cheating, why aren't these kind of reviews being conducted on an on-going basis? I thought that was part of what we paid for with our vig?

Best,

McMelchior (Johan)

There is a larger issue here as well. ZJ is no technical guru. And probably neither is JJProd. It seems there is a circle of cheaters who exchange technical ideas on how to cheat. This makes the matter that I have hammered on repeatedly here about those who won't out other cheaters known to them even more important. That circle should not be protected.

Lee,

ZeeJustin would open up a new SNG table when two of his multiple accounts were on the same table. So he wasn't cheating.

Sarcasm off/

Hey idiot: If you own a desktop, a laptop and a wireless internet connection, you too can do it.

Not sure why you think there is some inner-circle of cheaters, when the means are available to anyone. Maybe if u weren't such a snivelling moron, you'd have some friends help show you how to cheat too.

I think it's actually as simple as using two computers next to each other.

This is why it would be helpful to konw more details. Was it only 2 accounts on stars? Or was it 6, like he had on Party. IF it wasa 6, I don't see him doing it with 6 computers.

Wow. There it is. Saying it's good to have cheater friends so that you can learn how to cheat too.

I personally can do without those type of friends and will just continue to be an honest player who has the same type of friends.
