Are they allowed to sue Justin? I'm guessing they would never do that, but if indeed he cheated on that one, and he's "short" about 100 grand, can't they force him to pony up the money?

I think the chances of an off-shore company voluntarily entering into legal action in the US is about as likely as BluffTHIS! covering for his friends CheatTHIS! and CheatTHAT!. In other words, it won't happen.

I agree, just wondering if they would have won that lawsuit.

I wonder how Zee's previous excuses in his apology about Party apply here:

1. Pokerstars does not have a software bug where you can just keep clicking on the icon to open up multiple accounts. He had to go through some considerable trouble to multi-account there (Virtual machine or registry hack or something?)

2. Will he again claim he did something that is not against Stars TOS just like its not against Party's? (Even though it clearly is against both).

3. Will he blame this on Stars like he blamed the other banning on Party?

4. Will he claim that he had extra accounts at Stars just to change his name?

I think that this further proves the points that El Diablo has made throughout this thread. It is now obvious that this kid did a lot more than he admitted to in his "apology." I think its very likely that he not only put six horses in his races, but that his six horses helped each other win the race when they were at the same table.

Hi folks -

We did our own review of ZeeJustin and unfortunately, found that he'd been playing multiple accounts in several tournaments at PokerStars.

* We confiscated the money that he won illicitly.

* We closed his accounts and banned him from PokerStars.

* We are returning the money he won illicitly to players who were harmed by his actions in those same tournaments.

Obviously, we don't like doing this, but the evidence was incontrovertible. We will do whatever it takes to keep our games and tournaments clean.

Best regards,
Lee Jones

PokerStars Poker Room Manager

OK HERES THE NEXT QUESTION. ZJ CLAIMS HE DUPED PARTY BY CLICKING ON CLIENT TO OPEN MULTIPLE PARTY'S. SO HOWD HE DO IT ON POKER STARS? I BET MORE PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED. THIS IS PROBABLY BIGGER THAN ZJ, I BET THERE WAS A RING OF THESE HIGH LIMIT PLAYERS DOING IT.

LEE JONES HOWD DID HE CHEAT WE WOULD ALL LIKE TO KNOW?

AND YES IM CONVICED POKERSITES DONT CARE ABOUT CHEATING IF ITS GOING ON AT THE HIGHEST LIMITS ON THE BIG TWO.

LOOKS LIKE A SHOULDA OF LEARNED HOW TO CHEAT INSTEAD OF PLAY POKER LLOLHAHAHSHAHAHAAHAHAHAH

I believe all of this. I believe his two (2) big scores were ill gotten. I believe further punishement should be meted out to ZJ. He mentioned that he invested some of his winnings. There needs to be a way to freeze his brokerage account, liquidate it, and distribute those funds to the players that were cheated. The only thing he should be left with is a pair of boxers and a toothbrush.

I think we would also like to know, Lee, if this multi-accounting was limited to multi-table tournaments, or whether it was done in Sit and Go's as well. Thank You.
