[ QUOTE ]
Question for those of you who stomped on/are stomping on FT NL100 on your way to greener pastures: What should my long-term winrate be? Realistically, what's the ceiling there? Assume a TAG-style game. [/ QUOTE ] Around 3-3.5PTBB/100 should be what your aiming for. If you can sustain higher then that you should be playing higher. |

On the sat topic again...
I used to play MTTs exclusively before I got into cash. One of the big reasons I switched to cash was the better $/hour as well as not having to block off 5-6 hours for a tournament session, which doesn't work too well when on a students schedule. The turbo sats are usually the juiciest if you can pushbot well. Most players cannot correctly adjust to the super-fast increases in blinds and play way too tight when their stacks get smaller. This means players won't widen their calling range when a shortie pushes from LP, etc. Sats are very very profitable if you have a decent understanding of how they work. People are also total morons when its close to the bubble. I can't tell you how many times I've seen two medium stacks who could easily fold in get AI with like 88 vs. AQ with a few to go before people get seats. Personally, I think the low-level turbo rebuy sats are good ways to build t$ and w$ to buy into the larger sats if you are trying to qualify for something. |

I have a very simple question. I need a new phone because my old one is broken as [censored]. My 2 year contract has just been renewed so I am eligible for some free phones. Should I get a free one or get an iphone. I'm pretty much not thinking of anything in between since the ones that are like $149 or whatever are not really any better than the free ones imo.
edit: iphone is $399 if that matters. |

Hey,
The Cingular 8525 is genuinely better than the Iphone, and has 3g support. It has many other features better than the Iphone as well. Touchscreen obv, and has a slide-out keyboard.
