What do I do when I get robbed (happened twice so far)? Either I give them whatever money I have on me or I run. No, I didn't wish I had a gun on me so I could kill them.

No one is saying it would be cool to just off some random guy. What's cool is that my friend saved someone's life and in the process got rid of someone who might have killed the hostage and very probably another innocent person in a future armed robbery.

[/ QUOTE ]

word. the robber created the [censored] situation. friend likely saved a life. the dude deserves mad props.

Dude WTF are you doing???? Why would you put this up. You never know how the things you say could impact this situation.

[/ QUOTE ]

True enough; but the cops already told him he was pretty much in the clear so I really don't see the big deal.

[/ QUOTE ]

Because something like this can blow [censored] up and that all goes out the window. You never know who is reading this and how what u say will affect them. Dude for real in a situation like this you keep your mouth shut. I know so many people who have been popped over some dumb ass talking like this.

If you've never seen that sort of thing before, yeah it'd shake you up and probably at the very least have your adrenaline pumping for the next few hours. But there's lots of professions in which that's somewhat commonplace.

[/ QUOTE ]

Right, and in those professions it's also pretty common for people to be shaken up the first time it happens. There's a reason almost all municipalities put cops on paid leave every time they shoot someone.

Nobody who has actually shot someone is going to come in this thread and say 'Yeah it was super easy and I slept like a baby.' Maybe someone in the military who had a lot of training or something, but even then, a lot of those guys are shaken up when they first go into action.

It's a hell of a thing, killin a man. You take all he's got, and all he's ever gonna have.

After that little episode in the desert, I slept like a baby, sleeping the sleep of the righteous (and I personally finished 3 off with headshots.)
