From looking through hands with "most money lost", it looks like AK and AQ are two big losers for me. Can't see really many losses with suited connectors

Hi
I'm playing NL25 (4tables) on Stars about one month and played 40000 hands and am not doing very good. I'm winning below the line but as you can see I have many swings.
I can say that in the beginning I tend to overplay big pairs post flop which I'm doing better now i think.
What do you think of my stats? Are there any obvious leaks in my game. Any feedback would be great.

You have a huge leak at your river play. You are only going to showdown for 4,9% !! Thats insane. You're also way too passive on the river. Do you often fire a cbet / 2nd barrel, and fold to a river bet ?
Try to go more like cbet / check turn / bet river, see how that works out for you. But stop being so weak at the river

Cosmo, I'll talk a bit about preflop instead of post.
Your preflop aggression needs to go way up. Your VPIP is at a very nice spot for learning the game, not too nitty but still tight. However, your PFR is dismally low right now, I'd consider something like 14 or 15 more suitable for a VPIP of 17. I suspect that you open limp, which is sacrilege here at uNL. Try raising a lot more preflop and opening up your 3betting range a tiny bit too.

Going hand in hand with that is your very low attempt to steal blinds at 16%. I think that pokey (a very well known and respected poster) reccomends around 20-30. For comparison, mine is 26.6% and I don't even raise a ton of garbage on the button. I'm sure Gelford's and Koloture's and others are even higher than that, but I would recommend around 22ish as a sweet spot. Position rocks, abuse the [censored] out of it.

As an aside, over 22k hands at Party 50NL my Folded SB to steal is 91% and my Folded BB to steal is 89%. Is this the tighter end of the acceptable range or am I just way too big a nit out of the blinds?

took a shot at 100nl and ran awful, which shook my game to its core
finally caught myself and the distruction of 50nl continues...
now working on building a big enough cushion to take another shot

I'm at 88% and 76% for 19k hands. I lose 0.02BB and 0.06BB on average. I'm not sure how the blinds should be played, usually. People seem to have different opinions on this. I, for one, would like to see some statistical analysis on this subject.

Cosmo:

You're way too much of a nit. 17/8.7/1.6? I love playing players like you because you tell me your hand every time. Be way more aggressive. The 17 isn't that bad but you need to raise more and bet more. I run 19/16/4 and steal blinds 32% of the time. You're a better player than almost everyone at your limit, and if you're not, read up and get to be. Abuse that [censored] in the CO and button, stealing and cbetting and making people scared to get in a pot with you.

I'd watch some videos like iStrong and look for more spots to be aggresisve. Try raising some donk bets on the flop, double barreling some more if the board isn't too wet. Float a little more. Get yourself in more spots so you have more experience and AREN'T scared to be more aggressive.

Yep as others have said Cosmo needs to raise way more and steal more blinds, 16% attempt to steal blinds is way too low, mine is about 35% and I'm more of a tag than a lag, anything under 25 is too low I think. If it's folded to you on the button you can profitably raise a lot of hands, suited connectors and suited one gappers like 97s and T8s are good hands to steal with. Also hands like QTo and KTo, fold these in early position but raising them in late position is fine.

I think the 5% went to showdown is not the same as poker tracker's went to showdown stat, in poker tracker it's the number of showdowns you went to after seeing the flop, in those stats it seems to include hands you didn't see the flop with so in poker tracker this would be a went to showdown of around 25% which is fine.

I'm pretty tight from the blinds and my folded SB to steal and folded BB to steal are also around 90% but most of the players I play against don't steal much at all so I don't need to defend my blinds much.
