What are the benefits to Quebec for separating?
What are the downsides?

For other non-Quebec Canadians what are the benefits?

Are you passionate about the language issues in Quebec. Does it piss you off to see signs in English.

It depends, I think it is normal as a majority to require at least a version in a sign in the majority language. Some people would want it exclusively in french but I think it is going too far.

Probably because he doesn't want Washington State to be it's own country. Canada needs to get a backbone and tell these idiots to shut up and accept the fact they are part of a country and can't just leave to become their own nation (which would suck by the way). If Texas wanted to become it's own country people would laugh at the politicians trying to make this happen because the idea of it is such a joke.
