Yea, i definitely don't think it changes the likelihood of a lose. I think it just makes it more likely that barca will draw against espanyol.

Really non relevant question, but what does "Aupa" mean, used in the context "Aupa Atleti(co Madrid)". I'm guessing it's something like forza, meaning "go", or something similar. I asked a Spanish friend of mine and he had never heard it before. Does it have any literal meaning, or is just a sounds that has come to mean something?

Thanks

Bump for this weekend's games.

Two games left in the season, Real Madrid and Barcelona have 72 points and Sevilla has 70.

This weekend it's Barcelona/Espanyol; Real Zaragoza/Real Madrid; and Mallorca/Sevilla.

Amazing finish to the league but a huge dissapointment. The problem of Sevilla's season has been drawing with weak teams. It cost them a lot of points and they only would have needed 3 more.

noob question: I just watched the Real Madrid game, and they said that since all 3 teams tied, Sevilla is eliminated. Coming into this week, Barcelona and Madrid were tied, and Sevilla was 2 points behind. How is Sevilla eliminated? If Sevilla wins next week, and Madrid and Barcelona both lose, wouldn't Sevilla have more points? or is the announcer just an idiot?

wow. losing the title on a 90' goal is about as heartbreaking as possible. i guess its not lost yet. but we could have snatched it right there.

I was neutral, since I don't care for either Madrid or Barcelona. But since seeing that goal, I'm actively rooting for Madrid.
