Ok, today was my first session on FTP.

25NL, 1500 hands, 4 tables.

Short: OMFG that was a bad idea.

Long: This site at 25 feels like 100NL on Party. In offpeak. People bet, raise, 3bet, bluff, semiflubb, push. Players are aggressive. The only good thing that remains the same, they still stack off with AA KK pretty well. Sets are not getting payed nearly as well as on other sites. Pretty tough I would say. Took a good few hours to adopt. Playing at this site with no PAHUD or PT sucks.

Anyway, after the short session about 2.5BI up, but got pretty lucky a couple of times. R/b + bonnie certainly help, should be another BI from them I guess.

What is the best time in EST standard to play there, when is their peak?

IDK, I find the day-afternoon games to be a lot nittier and filled with bad TAG's. I usually play a lot more LAG in these sessions and have fared well. That's not to say the night sessions aren't profitable, I just don't think that many of the 25-50 regulars on ftp are that great (with exception to a few 2p2'ers i know on there).

lol @ players being aggressive. Most are fish, and the aggressive ones are aggressive with 2nd pair and straigh draws, virtually handing you their money.

9 tabled FT the past 2 hours, ended up 8 BI. One of those sessions where 75/25, 65/35, etc. keep coming through for you. 1800 hands in 2 hours is pretty good -- I love FT's speed upgrade.

ughhh, I gotta stop digging myself in a hole to start every day. Luckily I'm up nearly a BI now.

HAYCHAHAHAHCHAHAHAHAHA, [censored] UB/HH's, I'm up $60, yet it says $40 in PT.

PSA from bozzer!!

re: other games

If you want to play a different game to chill out, do not play minbet hold'em - play something interesting! (and so you can compete in the high stakes mixed games obv.)

I find 7CS quite relaxing. Also limit O8 if you really want to switch off all higher level thinking.

I am slowly working my way to 1000 by posting NC/LC posts...

I think saw you on there today, and my god were some of those games great. And yeah the speed upgrade is awesome.

What kind of monitor are you 9-tabling with btw?
