Do you guys ever get rid of KK preflop? [/ QUOTE ] Yes. The 4th raise is always Aces. Ah well for me it was like: I bet $6 (2 limpers) villain makes it $20 I 3bet and make it $55, he goes allin.... I still had over $60 behind but, all I thought was I can justify this call he must have AKs or something like that . But especially at full tilt I should have been like the 4th raise is aces! .
Yet I would probably just call a 4bet with aces, but that's just me. And I did get some money back, I almost ended up this session, that's not too bad on full tilt when losing a big pot like that right? |

I've seen AJ and worse with a 4bet even at 100bb stacks.

It's just that I would find it easier to fold KK when there isn't that much money in the pot yet.. Ah well it happens so rarely that I can't be bothered about it too much... And I've been up against AK a couple of times too.
I used to call a 3bet with AK, but now most of the time I just 4bet it, at least you know what you are up against then |

one thing downswings are usefull for, I dont blink an eye now when i lose 5-6 buyins or more. After every little or big downswing i get more tilt resistant.. The fact that i ran bad for 800 hands, cooled off and then ran over 15BB/100 for 1600 hands proved it I guess.

So, if deception and aggression are the key to NL, wtf are you trying to do at minbet? Is it all about the maths?
I always find it hilarious when people discuss "sick" minibet plays in BBV or wherever, and it's like ONE extra bet at the end or something lol. Just so bizarre. |

Couldn't stand 25NL anymore .... ouch the boredom and the pain (plus my handreading is severely off)
Nice to be back at 50NL with the Gamboolers again ... poker is no fun without at least some degree of aggression Kazana managed to stack me with QQ vs JJ all in pf .... then he left Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com SB ($25.95) Hero ($59.32) UTG ($45.25) MP ($38.65) CO ($43.51) Button ($55.22) Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 2 folds, CO calls $0.50, Button calls $0.50, SB completes, Hero checks.
