I earned 164 points yesterday, but the promotions page says I didn't get enough points to win a card for today. I called Party and they said that they had soem technical difficulties and "the points had not been properly assigned yet." The customer service guy told me to wait 2 more hours (until 1:00 eastern time) and it would be fixed.

Because we're not getting said money. Which, by the way, is really the result of our rake. So it isn't exactly free.

For those of you that played enough hands but haven't recieved a card for today, or those that have it saying you already revealed a card today but didn't, its because they haven't put up the new cards for today. As soon as today's cards are ready, around 1pm according to CS, you'll get a card to show up. Just hope that it doesn't disappear when you click it and have CS saying it will be there in two, then 24, then whenever hours... =\

I don't care if this whole promotion stays messed up. Party just gave out a very easy $200 worth of bonuses...I really don't give a [censored] about winning an extra $5. So far, the net effect of Party's screw ups has been in our favor.

On the phone currently with party support. This guy is outright admitting his foolishness.

He told me that I started a bonus on the 28th. I needed 1000 hands to clear the bonus. He also told me that I played 28 raked hands on the 28th, and 716 more yesterday.

When I mentioned that 1000-(28+716) = 256 and my bonus says that I need 196 more and asked why, he put me on hold.

He came back to say that if i play different tables of the same stakes, the points wont count. Meaning I need to play 20 hands on a specific table to get the X points.

I cited this:

Raked hands played on separate stakes will not be added (i.e. if you play 18 raked hands on a $0.50/$1 table and 22 raked hands on a $1/$2 table, you will only earn four PartyPoints. However, raked hands played on different tables of the same stake will be added).

From their rules, and said that even if that was the case, it still doesnt explain the 60 hands missing from my bonus addition. He put me on hold again....

of course you pay rake, but this promotion is still free money. they could have easily just kept all of your rake and not had this promotion.

I had the exact same problem, I had 766 raked at $25NL, they say 644, and according to their records from raked hands since I deposited for the bonus, I needed 795 hands to clear my bonus on 4/29, which I did clear. Obviously I reached the 750 needed for a card then. He couldn't explain it.
