yes, i could sit there and refuse to talk and try to leave but the results would have ended up the same only maybe 12-24 hours later and the charges would probably initially be much more severe due to pissed off cops. [/ QUOTE ]

I doubt all the people that are hating on the snitch have a whole ton of real life experience with the police. Everyone talks a big game about knowing your rights until you get detained for the first time and there's literally nothing you can do about it. Good luck sueing the state for wrongful detainment or whatever other happy frappy made up TV show horse crap you're spouting off about. If the kid didn't hand over his phone or whatever I'm sure they'd just take him to the station and make his life hell and threaten to arrest him for obstruction or impeding an investigation or whatever.
And I mean really, his FRIEND should be the one apoligizing to HIM for getting him mixed up in this mess in the first place. Sounds like the dude physically threatened the elderly, threw his cards, was out of control, threw beer on casino staff, ran from the cops/security, and went speeding out of there drunk off his ass? Christ almighty. |

This thread clearly shows the idea of American culture and the way how American people think. [/ QUOTE ] Yeah, America sucks. I'd rather live somewhere where I could die young via disease or violence, without worrying about my rights, because I would have none. |
