did they ever say why the others are "after" the losties? like why as soon as the others saw the plane crash did ben tell one of them to pretend to be on the plane? and why wasnt juliette like wtf is going on at the point? and what convinced juliette to be on bens side in that final scene, or is that just because she wants to get off the island that bad?

these might be obvious, idk but i suck at 75 hour story lines.

Do the others know about desmond and the hatch?---depends...was the dude that was there before Desmond an other or part of Dharma? Someone obv pushed and aided Desmond in getting to the island..not sure if they are affiliated with the others though

do they know about the button/the cause of the plan crash? Yes---Ben was in the hatch and knew about the button.

is desmond's hatch a part of the dharma experiment as well? i assume so

also, why was desmond not really questioned in the least when he met back up with the survivors? (and juliette is interrogated). --he was...but basically he was a blubbering drunk who wanted to die so they were like whatever..we want yr boat.

it seems as if they just accepted des right away.-they didnt

Now we know that juliette picked "carrie" for the book club. Has anyone read it? Is there any correlation to her situation on the island?

we've known that for a long time. i'm not sure if it has anything to do with juliet's situation except for the fact that she's a bit of an outcast since her ill-fated attempt to kill ben. if she ends up killing everyone at the end of the series, then it'll probably qualify as foreshadowing.

Are the 'others' even part of Dharma? I thought that the others and Dharma were separate from each other. Like the others are just using their old facilities or something. I think that the dude that Desmond killed was Dharma, but the others are not.

1. My original theory was that Juliette made a guy pregnant, and that Rachel was [or still is] a dude.
2. I thought the interaction between Mikhail and Ben was interesting. It seems like he wasn't actually an Other, but rather had an arrangement with them.
3. Nice catch by someone on Ben not wanting anyone to leave the island.
4. Ben said he lived on the island all his life; maybe he was never actually 'born'. Not likely, but possible.

1. Strange -- I'm reading a lot of reviews that underline the "reveal" that Juliette is a baddy. I think she is in the same state of mind that Michael was in: desperate to get the hell off the island, and willing to do whatever it takes.

2. I wouldn't be surprised if Juliette turned on Ben.

3. Still don't know how Mikhail got all his info.

4. Jacob... huh? Real or not? God-like? Smoke monster?

5. Also, I have not heard a lot of talk about why Juliette had to be sedated for the trip. I'd not be surprised if it's because they're "transporting" through some sort of loop in the space/time continuum or a black hole.

Thoughts?

2.they do have an arragement. mikhail is a part of dharma. it was all in the episode like 4weeks ago
3.how's it a nice catch? he states it explicitly in his conversation with locke 2 or 3 weeks ago, whevever it was
4.ben has said he was born on this island, although believe what u want. not being born is outrageous though
