Sponger,
the girl said they rescued the dog, found it on the side of the road. I can attest to it's sweet awesome nature, too. It is house broken, as it didn't piss/[censored] in my garage, instead waiting to go outside. It appeared to be full-blooded beagle too. Sad. I think they are just losers who don't deserve to be able to have animals. |

Shajen, Maybe they just don't care about their dog? [/ QUOTE ] Right, that seems a likely explanation, but it doesn't really address Shajen's question: "WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE?" |

FFK, You need a title change. Some sort of clever reference to your leather-couching every OOTer in sight. Something will be cavalierly thrust upon you whenever somebody comes up with something sufficiently witty, so watch out for that. [/ QUOTE ] I'm afraid you're right, 'cardo. Old habits are hard to break. I'll take whatever I've got coming |

[ QUOTE ] offtopic, I suspect it has more to do with the fact they didnt wanna carry a heavy ass bag of golf clubs to wherever it was they were going on their getaway run, than anything power of mom stuff. [/ QUOTE ] The thing is, though, that the stuff got taken last Thursday night, and we're 90% sure the bag wasn't leaning against the back of the apt building until yesterday. I would think if the bag was too heavy, they would have just dropped it...they had to make a detour to put it where we found it. [/ QUOTE ] hmmm, that is weird....you may be right then. That still seems odd tho, wouldnt the mom make them return it to the rightful owner (while holding them by the neck)? Tho I guess not all parents are good parents. |

It is not at all obvious which unit corresponds to the garage from which stuff is being stolen. I'd provide a diagram, but I'm kinda busy at work (and it wouldn't make sense). |

Sometimes I just wanna pick up and move even though I have no savings and I'd be totally screwed if I did. [/ QUOTE ] I'm currently debating on whether to pick up and move. I don't have savings but I wouldn't be quite so screwed if I did it. |

We'd go door to door with him asking if they were the person whos things he stole, until we found the rightful owner. |

Oh yeah. My kids would be taking it back personally, with me as a witness, along with arranging some type of penance.
E.G. For fighting with the bus driver, my son was compelled to spend some time helping him clean the bus. Mouth off to a teacher so they call home? You'll be writing a nice note of apology. I plan to raise adults, not overgrown children. Too damn many of them around already. So many parents just don't have the energy to give a crap, or never grew up themselves. Number one rule.
