It was an e-mail sent to me from a Nigerian scammer after I told him the check he sent me was a fake and I wasn't sending him any money

OP, yes, you are stupid if you believe that someone in Nigeria wants to buy your go-cart in Las Vegas and has sent you a legitimate check for $4500 more than your asking price.
