I am pretty sure on this so here it is once and for all,,,

vpp is the first fpp you get when rake reaches

$0.40 for 1/2 NL and lower at FR
$1.00 for 2/4 NL and above at FR

the second fpp is only that a fpp and its received when rake
is:

$3.00 for all tables of FR

so when they say base fpps what they mean is vpps or the first fpp you get and you can get only one per pot!

and you multiply your fpps according to your VIP status

platinum 2.5
supernova 3.5

[/ QUOTE ]

from support:

In a $2.00/$4.00 NL game where the rake reaches $3, you will earn 7 FPPs due to your status as a SuperNova.

Right, but only 2 VPPs.

This is the same at the lower levels as well.

Gotcha.

So at what level will you earn the most FPPs? VPPs?

I think this forum is ripe for some useful pooh-bah posts. We can put the good ones in the sticky to help out the n00bs.

Some possible useful ones:

- Basic strategy for micro-FR (I've fired a pm to Renton about this, so he may pick that up, we'll see)

- Types of players, what they play, and how to handle them (eg Rocks, Calling Stations, Set Miners, etc)

- What Level are you? (something about what skills you have at beginner, intermediate and advanced skill levels)

any other suggestions?

Anyone want to volunteer to take any of these?

I assume with the system the higher you play the more you will earn. You'll see way more $60 pots at the 400NL level than you will at the levels below it. This more than compensates for the fact that you need $1 rake to get a single fpp as opposed to .40c at the lower limits.

Also consider the fact that a $20 pot at 400NL (1fpp) is merely 5 big blinds and an $8 pot at 200NL (1fpp) is 4 big blinds. You can see you don't really lose to much fpp-wise (even though your RB% will be a bit less I think)

Mine is already written, and covers none of this.

Yeah, I hear that. I think the difference is almost negligable.
