Yes, it's not that hard to do. I don't think it's been distributed to people and I wouldn't tell anyone how to do it.

The old Party hack (which was INCREDIBLY simple) has been eliminated with the new version of Party.

I hope they could figure it out. Talk to any Windows software developer and they will explain how it could be done. Actually, there are commercial products that would allow you to do it as well... a custom solution would be a lot less clumsy though.

I'd like to add that unlike the snitching debate, this seems cut-and-dry to me. Here you're just helping to remove an avenue of cheating; I can't see how that would be anything but good.
