this is a great post, except you could probably type whatever you want in spots 1-3 and still get the same result in #4.

step 1: make lester the long man
step 2: use buchholz as a LOOGY
step 3: punch timlin in the dick

kind of an interesting move if it is moss, he's a lefty so he won't be platooning with drew, won't replace manny, and can't play cf. not sure i see where they're going with this one.

edes' updated w/ info that hinske will miss time for personal reasons. makes sense, maybe the red sox saw this coming and moved moss to 1b earlier as a result?
