Private Investigator with concealed carry permit. Former Navy Seal or Army Ranger would be best choice. Give him every bit of info you have and a promise of a large % of the money if it is returned safely. Make it enough so he won't steal it from rivero himself (30% sounds about right).

Doesn't [censored] matter - if I had hundreds of thousands at my disposal like Grim, I'd be spending as much as I could just to find that [censored] and put him in prison.

In a casino in Vegas? Maybe I was wrong about the Powerball thing, and have the age messed up. Can anyone check to see how old you have to be to cash a Powerball ticket?
