I am ashamed to like this team. How can you enter a playoff game and have this many players playing this poorly?

Are we on Damon Huard watch?

It's not Trent Green's fault. See the last play. The Chiefs can't run the ball (WTF), and receivers are dropping balls (such as that easy first down).

Of course, it's probably not too big a dropoff to Damon Huard.

Chop Block is illegal no matter what. An "illegal chop block" is redudant. There is no such thing as a legal chop block...ever, ever ever, ever.

Running backs and lineman do it all the time. On a short pass they just got at the d-lineman's legs. It's a penalty when one player goes for the legs and one player goes up top.

Dante Hall, wtf was that.

[/ QUOTE ]

Ehh, yeah but in his defense Green threw it about 90 mph from about 12 feet away. lol.

Don't know why he forced the throw so much. Hall was on the first down marker. Just make sure the ball gets in his hands, and move the chains, Trent

I think it's more or less a spark that might need to be lit. At this point in the season I can't see it as impossible. If I'm Edwards and we are losing going into half, I might make the move, and trust me, I never want to change starters.

Uggg sorry, when I played we didn't distinguish between a cut and a chop (I know that isn't correct). In other words I don't think what Addai did wasn't a chop it was a cut.

Addai was correct in his play, it was the LT(or guard?) that made the mistake. You know your assignments, the guard was protecting his right gap, there was no reason for him to come back knowing that Addai was there. Addai going for the cut then the guard coming back for the block, the second Addai went low and the Guard went high, the ref throws his flag, it has to automatic.

There are three more AFC teams at home this post-season who are better than the Chiefs.* Playoff team =/= good team. This is basically a bye week for Indy (though I did pick a 30-17 score earlier this week).

* (I'm obviously speaking of Denver, Cincinnati, and Jacksonville).
