To any of the Card Runners members, Jamougha is in GP's latest video. Jam, what did you check raise Taylor with on that one hand?

[/ QUOTE ]

Just watched it. Really boring video IMO. It was nice seeing Jam pwn GP in that hand, I really hope Jam had something like 5c6c.

guys - I realise I am not an American and consequently remain somewhat unaffected by the recent debacle.

But for teh love of poker - you are all waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over reacting.

Teh sky is not falling - teh world is now about to reverse it's spin direction, Armageddon is not upon us.

This is the fallout stage - it will all settle down again soon and I do not believe for a second that there will be nowhere to play poker in 3 months time if you are a US resident. I will stake my entire bankroll/networth on this AND I will volunteer my services as personal chef free of charge for life to the first American to PM me if 6 months from now AMericans really are unable to play poker against most of the fishies we all know and stack today (and I'm *dam* good at what I do and am normally *very* expensive)

It does look like Party is doomed - it's shares are in freefall and it's voluntarily cutting of 75% of it's revenue, but if Party goes under is that *really* such a bad thing??

The majority of party's business will still want to play and they will move to a n other site - probably either Stars (if they are sticking around) or FT or one of the other big names - perhaps a new company will rise from the ashes like some Phoenix and they will mostly go there - who knows...

it's way too early to tell what is going to happen - and the "interesting times" we are all a part of right now suck monkey scrotum - but hang in there my American chums - poker is not busto - ffs the game most of us play is called TEXAS Hold'em - there is no way that Ameicans are going to be prevented from playing this fabulous game.

I for one am celebrating the fact that dikshit has just had millions wiped off his net worth, Party sucked - deep down everyone knows this to be true, we are better off with no Party imo.

I'm sure you left at least $20 at Party though.

i'll give it to you from memory:

I raise UTG $7 with AK[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img][img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. button calls. Don key RR-es in the BB to $25 or so. I think, and make it $80something, suspecting a squeeze. button folds, Don thinks and calls.

flop comes A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
don checks, i shove , he thinks and calls. KK no goot.

Matrix,
It's not that we won't be able to play. It's that the new law would make it illegal to transfer money in or out of a site. This will obviously be difficult to enforce, but it is possible.
