Does this stat apply for up 11 points at any point in the game or only at a certain point in the game (e.g. beginning of 4th quarter)?

It is a biggie. I am in now way vomfortable with this lead. Indy can be VERY explosive and you have seen how the Steeler D can be at times.

Steelers still can't run the ball at all. This is my biggest fear of this game.
