Brag: I rent a big apartment with a friend (he owns it) for about half the market value.

Beat: My friend is bipolar and severely depressed. It has really affected my mood.

Variance: I'll probably need to buy my own place very soon, which will be expensive but a great life improvement imo. I don't have much capital so I will be mortgaged up the ass.
