no, party changed it a while back... now it has to be quad 8's beaten using both cards

this is to build bigger jackpots for party, to attract more players, to get more rake. party makes a killing off jackpot tables.

But deamon's right -- gotta have 8's or better (3's look a little like 8's, right?), use both hole cards, have it go to showdown and have it be raked. Lots of things have to go right, but that's how the jackpot gets so big.
