LOL Andy you seemed to do pretty well that day. I wouldn't sweat it too much

Exactly. I don't remember exactly what I said, but I think the exchange at the tables was that someone pointed out that you were playing 2/4 (which I don't think you usually play) and that it was probably because you had been running so well at 1/2 that day, which you had been. I just agreed. [Though in fairness there might have been some edge to the agreement since you had laid some crazy beats on me right before then.]

In any event, Andy I apologize if it came off as trash talk or if I was harsh. I respect your game and you seem like a good guy.

Anyway, you seemed to be killing the 2/4 -- how much did you end up overall for the day?

Ahh, see how easy it is to appease the fish? Thanks Hock, this fish is content

I actually do normally play the 200/400, though. I just only play it when it looks like there's a chance it will be a full 6-max table. Unfortunately usually Monday-Friday by the time I get home from work it's typically not running in full strength or I'd play it a lot more. Higher limit gives me the thrill of gambling more. As most regulars probably know I only donate when it's 4 handed or more (it's extremely rare that I play HU and that usually happens when I'm tilting bad or only have like 10 minutes left to play and want to get a quick fix). I just don't like HU or 3 handed - it goes way too fast for me and I feel all you HU / 3 handed specialist have so much more experience than me. It scares me when someone is sitting there all alone like 'I will crush anyone that dares to sit' : o

Thanks for apologizing - I probably just took it the wrong way especially the way word-of-mouth travels it may have been twisted a bit. I respect your game, too. It's actually a little bit ironic that you said I was running good in 1/2 that day - because I ran absolutely horrible (or played horribly; or both) in 1/2 that day and was down a good 12-13k when I sat out to get back on the WL to cool off.

I generally prefer to talk only about losing and not really about winning, but since you asked I ended up like +60-70k or so on the 2/4 and made a bit back in 1/2 - I think Wednesday was something like a +60k day. Not sure I don't really keep accurate track - but May's been a lucky month. ; )

why not just suck it up and say yeah i played those pretty bad!

i play bad all the time. the best i can do is try to learn from it and not do it again. i can definitely tell when i play a hand badly and get the money in bad. right after the hand i'll say to myself ugh, why was i even in this pot with this hand? or, wow i really should have led the turn there. wow checking that turn was definitely a mistake, etc.

i just hope you're not blind to it.

foxyplayer, are you new to pstars or something? haven't seen you really at 30-60 until recently but you've clearly been around for a while.

I've played a lot in these games the past couple of days and they are certainly way more aggro than any other games I have played in. So def crazy variance, although I still insist that almost every how whinges about a 1000bb ds is actually playing bad.
