Doyle's Room is back! You can download the new software.
The Microgaming (Prima Poker) software is just horrible. It keeps crashing my computer. Also they have "Extreme Stack" SNGs which are similar to the great "Extended SNGs" you had on the old Doyle's Room. Unfortunately nobody is playing them. And where did my Action Points go to??? |

Me too. I have sent at least 5 emails and tried to call even more. Phone is never answered, emails are never returned.

I'm also waiting my money. First it took about 3 weeks to even get in sent and now it's been almost a month and no moneys for me!

Any updates for anyone?
I chatted with Trish Salazar (Director of Player Services) and she promised to help me. She sent me a mail afterwards and told that she has to contact accounting manager. Haven't heard anything in couple of days. This is so frustrating. First you play there a long time and rake big money and finally get this [censored]. Damn you Doyle! |

Anyone's Action Points showing up as 0 on the new platform? Apparently it's for a period of inactivity, which is laughable because they were effectively down for a month. I've emailed support twice but they haven't responded.

I still have the same Action Points reduced to 0 problem, but I'm sure they'll tranfer them at some point.
It doesn't state anywhere in their terms and conditions, your account should remain "active" or that the inactivity can be linked to losing Action Points. |

After requesting my money TWICE from them (50k+), once the day before they closed to the US, and again a month later when I had nothing to show for it, I emailed them again.
Wait, I take that back, I emailed them a dozen times and called just as many, it wasnt until I THREATENED them with exposure on casinomeister and their gaming commission did they reply telling me that "Oh hey, we no longer have a Check/ACH/Bank wire processor, you're stuck with ePassporte or we can steal your FT account for ourselves." What kind of [censored] is this Doyle? |
