Pokernews does seem to be making little mistakes at first, then correcting them shortly thereafter.

Gobbo, told me a story in the Bahamas, that a teacher of his predicted that he would be a millionaire by age 21. Gobbo tells him if it becomes true, he will give him 10%.

Hans Martin Vogl Doubled Through Gus Hansen

Gus Hansen raised preflop and with {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds} Hans Martin Vogl moved all in with his short stack. Hansen called with {K-Spades}{5-Spades}. Hans Martin Vogl's Jacksheld up and he doubled through Hansen.

WOW, what a bluff, I was willing to bet at 1-1 that he had aces

Karam moves in UTG for ~550k. Gus tanks for a good five minutes before calling. KJo for Marc, A9o for Gus. Flop is T8x. Turn 9, river 4, Marc Karam out in 6th.

Marc Karam eliminated in 6th place
No Limit Hold 'em
Jan 18, 2007 / 22:49:22 EDT
Marc Karam moved all in under the gun. Action was folded to Gus Hansen who said, "This looks pretty bad..." while taking several minutes to measure out the chips and think it through. Hansen called.

Marc Karam KJ
Gus Hansen A9

The board came 108594 eliminating Karam in 6th place for $300,000. This is Marc's largest tournament cash to date.

edit: someone beat me to it. Ship up the pay ladder
