My guess: Ligyrophobia- Fear of loud noises. The characters on the sleighs are running away from an avalanche.

A Russian professor has posted a picture of a painting done by someone with a severe mental disorder. A single detail of the picture shows that they are insane, but in 15 years, only a single person has figured out what it is. Can you?

I think any answer is very arbitrary. If allegedly only one person got it right in 15 years then how can we assume that the professor's interpretation is correct?

I think the children on the sleds have a weird look to them. They dont think its fun. I think the painter is autistic.
