Nope, you're right.

I've actually tabled the matter to be dealt with at a later date. It's a tough situation involving a 4th year medical student, a graduate student writing a thesis, 200 miles of distance, time invested, and plans for the future.

I don't know if it's time to cut my losses and move ahead, or if that would be a waste of a lot of time and energy that we've both invested to keep going this long. We'll be able to live in the same city again in May, so cutting bait now may be stupid. And, since I'm busy, I don't have a lot of time or focus to put into thinking about it.
