terms and conditions say that a passport id will be accepted. don't let it stop you from taking advantage of this. email them and explain the situation and ask what they need for someone in your situation. worst case, get a new passport with your new address.

I used yahoo to sign up and have not recieved any emails from them. Was I supposed to get one?
