Word of mouth is the best advertising around. If you believe in this site tell people in other games about it. Bring them to the poker, and the gamblers they are will find the sports book. We as players win because we can find more games more often and WSEX wins too. Win win. Thank you for getting the word out.

Hello Mr. Balfour,
I've been a regular player on your site for months now, and I have been trying to spread word of mouth to help build the business. I've also given you some action on your sportsbook. However today and recently I've encountered unacceptable frequent short disconnects while trying to play. I have a rock solid internet connection of 5 Mb/s over a cable modem, but today your software disconnected 3 times within about 15-20 minutes. Of course one of them happened right after I was dealt AA. The software reconnected within seconds, but not before it folded my hand. So, two requests: 1) Track down the source of these short disconnects and put a stop to them 2) If a player is disconnected, give him at least as much time to reconnect and act as he would normally have to act if he weren't disconnected. E-mails to support got me no where, they just keep saying that there was no problem even after I sent them a screen capture the 3rd time it happened, in the end I just gave up on it.

I have downloaded your s/w but want to install to a drive other than c:/ which at least as of a couple of months ago, your s/w didn't allow. Not all of us want poker software running on our main (i.e. work) drive. We would like to download and run from an external drive. And renaming my work drive isn't an option. If this flexibility were there, I'd give your site a shot.
