Blah, I just get annoyed when someone is like "ZOMG I'm only winning 3.7 PTBB/100 and lost 3 buyins today." I seriously want to slap them, at least you're winning! [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

And yes, I am horrible and really lazy but I only talk about it once in a while. And I know it's not just variance, lol. Well, to be honest it almost is bad play+ variance that makes a nasty combo. I guess you can play perfectly and still lose, but this is not the case for most of us.

1. Examine why you are getting frustrated. Frustration arises when you have an expectation and miss it. So, change your expectations.

2. Continual venting of the "Look what this donkey did here" attitude just makes more space for it in you and keeps perpetuating it.

3. Don't think that your posts here prevent you from tilting at the tables. You probably don't understand the insidious nature of tilt if that's what you think. You likely make many small, but bad decisions while playing, that are just the hidden fruit of the tilt tree.

Back from my 10 days in Vegas. Incredible trip. Can't wait until we move out there.


TR coming w/i the next 12 hours in the B&amp;M forum. Never got around to playing in a tourney, as the cash games were just too juicy to pass up. Won a pretty decent amount, esp. considering how limited some of my playing days were, but well worth the trip.
