[/ QUOTE ] *cough wsop 2006, cough his record* [ QUOTE ] He never will be the best until he learns how to deal with bad beats, most people gain this skill within their first year of playing poker. fwiw, I played quite a bit with Phil at the wsop (including several hours in the tourney he won his bracelet in down to 3 or 4 tables), and I was very impressed with his play. He was very hard to play against and he made some awesome reads. Weak-tight is not descriptive of his game at all.

Who do you think is better than Phil Hellmuth? Phil Ivey? Hoyt Corkins? [/ QUOTE ] It seems like there's no way you could have been serious when you posted this. Where does it say you need to be a great cash game player to be good at poker? I'm pretty sure he's done well enough in tournaments to "get by." By that logic, is someone who doesn't dominate tournaments a bad player? I guess Chip Reese is no good at poker because he's been playing since the 70s and only has about 3 WSOP bracelets. I really don't feel like wasting any more time responding to this drivel. You are an idiot. |

A cautionary tale, on how one can brutally own oneself on a forum. Thank you JooWish622.
