You are very lucky I am not your customer, that is all I have to say. One day you will screw with people who won't let themself be screwed around and you will regret it.

Arranging a boycott of him as an affiliate until he makes good on the situation

[/ QUOTE ]

I think a lot of you are wating your time on this issue. I have my suspicions he really doesnt care about his affiliate business anymore. I would be very surprised if he paid the customers that still play under him and didn't jump ship.

I don't know how much of his business was in the Party skins but I am guessing a lot of it was, and he figures that the affiliate days are numbered on the Party and skins network so he is getting the most cash he can by screwing the players.

Why else would he jepordize his remaining player base that didn't jump ship and still play at the Party skins for Rakeback and possibly lose them because of his unethical business practices?

My guess is he did the numbers and realized that if he wanted a final payday now was the time to do it. The remaining business he has on the Party skins probably doesn't even come close to the business that he lost due to the PArty and skin split.

Those who have continued to play after the Empire split will receive full payment for October. I will likely not even make my quota for MGR this month, so those that chose to jump ship will forfeit your payments to cover my obligation to my loyal customers. Any remaining funds will be used to cover website costs, employee payments, and referral bonii.

In short: If you bailed, you're SOL. You know who you are.

I assure you this sucks much more for me than it does for you, however my priority is the small group of people who have decided to see this thing through. We all knew this day would come, and it has been shitty for everyone involved. My apologies to everyone, hopefully you can see where I'm coming from. It's been a hell of a ride.

I predicted this type of event would happen in August when you gave rmarotti trouble.

Pay those men their money. Then you should seriously consider killing yourself.

I humbly suggest that you cease with the pointless bickering, and start banding together by:

-- Broadcasting far and wide what he has done, so all current and new players are aware

-- Getting a list of everyone who uses him as an affiliate

-- Pooling together your knowledge to see if anyone can come up with his personal contact information

-- Arranging a boycott of him as an affiliate until he makes good on the situation

Given that he's been on house arrest not too long ago, it's very possible that fraud is a violation of his parole. That might motivate him to make good, as might a boycott.

In-fighting, though, will do nothing.

[/ QUOTE ]
Well, that might be a good idea in theory, though it might be tough to work out logistically.

I do think there should be a collective effort among 2p2ers to shun him here. I don't see that being a problem though -- I almost feel like I'm stating the obvious, but if he ever made another poker related post in another forum, someone should speak up to say he should be shunned, and link this post as justification.

Capt. Obvious, signing off.

I think its about 75 percent likely at this point that he will never post again under that name.

haha, nah.

this guy makes sites for some of the affils.

[/ QUOTE ]

He has several websites he designed for affiliates registered to him. I would not automatically assume he is the affiliate because in 2 other cases I know he is not the affiliate but the domain is registered to him. On the other hand I guess it cant be 100% ruled out either.
