Just want to chime in that I LOVE the new structure for tourneys. I can't understand how 2plus2er's would not like a structure that gives a bigger edge to skilled players. If it wasn't for my crappy acceler8tor bonus. I would never leave party.

Are you serious?

the $100 got to the FT in 2.5 hours.

This 5r has the average stack w/ 10bb's.

You think this is a good strtucture? the chipstacks look cool, but th eblinds going up 10 minutes, and going up FAST.

surry, refering to 1 table sng's. I aggree for MTT's this is probably pretty bad. I have not played any though. So maybe my excitement was too soon.

Concerned about the new MTT Blind structure. I hear SNGs are longer, but MTTs look like they are about one-third as long. I think players want more play for their money, especially in the bigger buy-in tourneys. (even 20 and up!)

This is the same as me, i wish they would respond to serious complaints in this thread rather than just ignore them, and respond to the ones they no answers to.

Bear in mind that this is just one Party rep. They're probalby passing the technical/bug issues over to tech people, but they won't necessarily get answers back for everything same-day. Other questions go to marketing, or cust service, or VIP, or management.

And remember, everyone this rep approaches at Party is already swamped with their own emails/phone calls/requests generated by the software changeover. These kinds of cutovers are NEVER as smooth as you'd like.

I have to say that I'm very disappointed with the quality of the software. People here at 2+2 have been complaining for weeks that the tables have button-click problems and that the Beta crashes after an hour of multi-tabling.

If there was ANYTHING that should have been sorted out before this update, it's the button-click problem and the crashing tables.

Kudos for finally pushing a refresh on a very dated lobby, but shame on you for letting a buggy Beta ride for a over a month with no updates, only to roll the bugs into a major release.

I really like PP overall I've always kept ten times the bankroll on PP than on any other site but I played two MTT today the 109 NL and the 22 LHE... in the LHE the starting stack was 1k... and we still started off 20/40...
after only 36 minutes there are 363 players left *started with 664* almost half the field gone in a limit event within about a half hour... WTF?

I haven't read ALL the posts, but I'm hoping 1000 is a MISTAKE since the OTHER SNGs have 2000 chips (3-table as I cannot yet open 1table... lol). I'm hoping the main MTTs will have 2000 chips once they figure out that it didn't update. RIGHT?

There is no information on the web pages concerning the size of starting stack for MTTs.

Otherwise the blind level increments are similar as in PokerStars. During first 6 levels, starting pots are 2x at Party. On later levels starting pots are 169-177 % of the corresponding PokerStars levels.

Of course, without knowing the starting stack, a good comparison cannot be made.
